Job Description:

ElevateLyf is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team. As a Senior Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and guidance, overseeing the quality of counseling services, and supporting the professional development of our team of psychologists. This is a remote position that requires a strong background in clinical psychology, expertise in evidence-based therapies, and a commitment to providing high-quality mental health care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the counseling team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based and client-centered care.

  2. Supervision and Training: Provide supervision and mentoring to junior psychologists and interns, supporting their professional growth and development.

  3. Treatment Planning: Collaborate with psychologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based interventions and personalized approaches.

  4. Psychological Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, psychometric testing, and assessments of treatment progress.

  5. Therapy and Counseling: Provide direct therapy and counseling services to clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to individual needs.

  6. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring adherence to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

  7. Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs, services, and treatment modalities to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

  9. Research and Evaluation: Contribute to research initiatives, program evaluation, and the development of evidence-based practices within ElevateLyf.

  10. Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the field of clinical psychology, and share knowledge and expertise with the team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.

  2. Current licensure as a psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction(s).

  3. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy and counseling services to individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns.

  4. Expertise in evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.

  5. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior psychologists.

  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues.

  7. Demonstrated cultural competency and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  8. Proficiency in using technology platforms for teletherapy and remote work.

  9. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality, adhering to ethical guidelines, and upholding professional standards.

  10. Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
